What does the $0 Website Build mean?+
There is no upfront website build fee when you start service with BuzStars. You just pay the monthly service amount.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. All services are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
What happens to my website if I cancel?+
Your website belongs to your business. Your service continues through the end of your paid billing period. After that, we can provide your website files so you can host the site elsewhere, and we keep them for up to 30 days after your service ends so they can be transferred. Your domain remains yours. Can I start with just one service?+
Yes. You can choose Website only, Reviews only, or the full Website + Reviews bundle.

Do you guarantee five-star reviews?+
No. We help you request and manage reviews properly, but we don't guarantee specific ratings or outcomes. We don't buy, incentivize or filter reviews; we make sure every eligible real customer is actually asked.
What happens when I get a negative review?+
You're alerted right away. The system can capture private feedback from customers and supports your response process, including drafting a professional reply for your approval. We never hide or block negative reviews.
Do you work with multi-location businesses?+
Yes. Each location gets its own review setup, monitoring and reporting. Multi-location pricing depends on the number of locations; ask and we'll quote it with your preview.
